Website Homepage

We have roughly 3,500 members throughout the Commonwealth of PA and are a leading source for news, advocacy and professional learning opportunities in the field of social work. Because of this our website receives a lot of traffic and is a great place for local and statewide organizations to advertise. Below you can find pricing and details about our website advertising options.

Front page banner in full color (like you see on our homepage) will be the second banner that plays in the slideshow. Banner can be linked to your website or social media page as well. Banners must be 1000px X 320px in JPEG format. We can help with the design process if you need assistance in sizing or creating the advertisement. Monthly Email Newsletter

Our monthly electronic newsletter is sent out monthly to our entire membership (roughly 3,500 social workers and students). We may promote upcoming events, job openings, CE courses, important updates, and/or interesting stories related to our profession.

We offer a few different options for advertising in our newlsetter (see below). NASW-PA can assist in the design of the ad.

Primary Sponsor Ad

You will be recognized as a sponsor of that issue of the eNewsletter. Your ad will be placed near the top of the eNews and you will be thanked as our primary sponsor of that issue. The dimensions must not exceed 500px (w) X 175px (h) and should be JPEG or PNG format.

• eNewsletter Primary Sponsor Ad for 1 month: $125 for non-member & $99 for members
• eNewsletter Primary Sponsor Ad for 6 months (15% discount): $637.50 for non-member & $504.90 for members

Looking to promote an upcoming event, announce a new service or fill an urgent position? Whatever your need may be, we can help you reach your audience. NASW-PA can send email blasts (eBlasts) to all NASW-PA members (roughly 3,500). Your information will be the sole content of this blast.

Please note that we only send out one advertisement a week to our members. Therefore, at times there is a waitlist to send out an e-blast to our members. It is best to contact us in advance for us to schedule your e-blast. Please see FAQs for more information and before reaching out. FAQs can be found at the bottom of this page.

Mailing Labels

Mailing labels/lists for all of our roughly 3,500 members are available for one-time purchase+usage. Labels may be purchased for announcements regarding CE courses, job vacancies, social work events, social work research, service/products related to social work, and/or any other purpose pre-approved by the NASW-PA team.

Mailing labels can be purchased for both the entire NASW-PA mailing list or for the mailing list of individual NASW-PA divisions:

Post a Job to the NASW-PA Career Center

Looking for qualified social workers to apply to your job position? Then consider posting to our NASW-PA job board!

All jobs will be posted for 60 days. You can close your job at any time by emailing. Jobs will be featured in the e-newsletter going out to all members once a month on the last working day of the month for the following month. It will include the title, agency, and location of the job. We will have frequent posts on social media directing people to our career center.

Due to an influx in emails here are some frequently asked questions. Please view the FAQs before emailing our team member. Thank you!

• When can I schedule an email to go out? We are currently as of May 14th able to schedule something the following week. We try to not send out so many emails to our members at one time. Currently, we are sending out 1 email a week. We strongly suggest that you sponsor one of our events such as Legislative Education and Advocacy Day (LEAD) in March or our conference in October. 
• Why do you recommend sponsoring one of your events such as LEAD or conference? These sponsors get our VIP treatment. We run two very successful events each year and we see the most benefit from our sponsors/exhibitors who are at these events.
• What is the best form of advertising you offer? Out of our a-la-carte options listed in this page (other then LEAD & conference) we recommend our e-news banner and our website banner. Too many e-blasts seem to overwhelm are members and we don't want them to unsubscribe to us! 
• What is your e-newsletter open rate? Our December 2024 e-newsletter had an open rate of 57% and our January 2025 e-newsletter had an open rate of 55%. Click rate on the January 2025 e-newsletter was 5%.
• Do you know how many impressions your websites home page gets? Unfortunately, at this time we do not. 
• When is the best time to send out an e-blast? We do not send out advertising e-blasts the first week of the month because that is when we send out our e-newsletter. We can schedule for the second week of the month.
