Bio:
Alicia Newkam holds a high school degree from Harrisburg High School and an associate's degree in human services from Harrisburg Area Community College. She has worked for the past seven years at NASW-PA, where she has fulfilled the position of continuing education specialist. Prior to joining NASW-PA, Alicia was a child care provider for more than 5 years. She is particularly interested in environmental and cultural issues.

Bio:
Rachel Rhodes graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the College of Communications with a degree in Journalism. Rachel started working at NASW-PA in July of 2019. She has a background in association work and experience recruiting and retaining student membership as well as working on programs with county/division groups and students. Her advances knowledge of social media and broadcasting began with her internship at a radio station in State College, PA and has enabled her to grow strong public communication skills. Rachel's professional career includes a passion for association work and specifically achieving membership growth. Her passion for association work began when she joined her first organized groups, the Pennsylvania Public Relations Society, and the Penn State Alumni Association, right out of college. Dr. Dan Lebo, PhD, PMP, ACNP Member Engagement Manager dlebo.naswpa@socialworkers.org
Bio: Dr. Dan Lebo is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 16 years of experience in community engagement, organizational leadership, and higher education. He holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Alvernia University and a Master of Divinity from Palmer Theological Seminary. An ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, Project Management Professional (PMP), and an Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional (ACNP), Dan has previously served in a variety of roles including Director of Leadership and Organizational Management at Eastern Mennonite University, Lead Pastor at Gravel Hill United Methodist Church, Chaplain/Coordinator of Spiritual Life at Lebanon Valley College, and Managing Director at Innabah Camp and Retreat Center. He is also a board member of Peace Through Action USA, where he advocates for community empowerment and peaceful practices.
