Pa Masonic Youth Foundation Presents The Online Mind: How Digital Spaces Shape Youth Mental Health Weds, August 5, 2026 from 9am - 12pm
Live Webinar
Course Objectives
In today’s connected world, the digital environment is a central part of youth identity, relationships, and daily life. Social media, gaming, and online communities can foster creativity and connection—but they can also lead to stress, anxiety, isolation, and self-comparison. Their digital environment can have a profound influence on the developing mind and mental health of young people. During the workshop we will examine current research on the psychological and relational impacts of the digital engagement, discuss emerging trends in online behavior, and review strategies and resources to better support youth navigating the pressures and possibilities of the online world.
