Learning objectives:
1. Identify key clinical social work theories and practices that can be ethically and effectively integrated into supervision for non-clinical staff. 2. Apply structured methods such as process recordings, roleplay, and case discussions to strengthen engagement and assessment skills among bachelor’s-level workers. 3. Recognize how educational gatekeeping and workforce disparities affect the professional development of BSW-level practitioners, particularly across racial and gender lines. 4. Design or adapt a supervision model that incorporates both administrative and clinically focused elements to support early-career staff in community settings.
