1. Participants will learn about bullying and harassment, and the influence of cultural norms and gender on both;

2. Attendees will gain an understanding of how the development of empathy can be effective in the prevention of bullying;

3. Participants will gain an understanding of cyberbullying and its impact;

4. Attendees will learn how to create a healthy school culture that works in the prevention of bullying and harassment.
