Course Objectives
Teens today are growing up in a fast-paced, hyper-connected world dominated by unique challenges and pressures. Some of the most pressing issues impacting teens today include mental health challenges, social media influence, academic stress, peer relationships, identity formation, risk behaviors and more. This workshop will focus on understanding and addressing the challenging issues our youth facte today, including online and social media culture, mental health and well-being, substance use, social relationships and academic stress. Learning objectives: - Recognize trends and challenges our youth today are facing
