1. Distinguish between religion and spirituality 

2. Describe three barriers to the healthy processing of bereavement distinct to religious/spiritually diverse populations.

3. Compare and contrast the death-related beliefs and practices of four religious/spiritually diverse populations in connection with best practice communication strategies.

4. Analyze case studies of ethnically diverse patients navigating the end-of-life bereavement.
