This interactive, case-based course describes emerging approaches to adult grief treatment, including Meaning Reconstruction, the Dual Process Model, and the Integrated Process Model. Best practices in culturally competent integration across therapeutic processes underlie the analyses. Utilizing case studies and colleague dialogue attendees will apply the approaches to practice.   Learning Objectives: Discuss the relevance of ideological and theoretical advancements in grief practice to competent assessment and treatment of bereaved adults.      2.    Analyze three emerging approaches to adult grief treatment across therapeutic   processes.        3.   Describe best practice methods of integrating the approaches into treatment.         4.Apply the grief treatment approaches to practice through case study analysis.     Presenter:  Julie A.
