Helping to Heal the Harm:
Strategies for Mitigating the Impacts of Trauma

Recognizing the widespread impact of trauma and the carious ways people can be affected, this workshop will explore ways that clinicians, counselors, educators and other helpers can help promote healing and create safer spaces for survivors.  Offering practical tips and interventions, this interactive workshop will explore techniques that can be used proactively and strategically to prevent and mitigate the impact of trauma on others and ourselves.
