Ethical Problem Solving

NASW-PA is committed to helping members understand their responsibilities to behave in a manner that  adheres to the principles of the Code of Ethics for the profession, while adhering to professional standards that define good social work practice. NASW-PA does not provide legal advice, and any party seeking legal advice is directed to contact any attorney who is appropriately licensed to provide such services. NASW-PA provides guidance and assistance to our members on how to ensure delivery of social work services adheres to ethical guidelines and practice standards. If you are not a member of NASW-PA, we are unable to provide you with any guidance related to ethical decision making or problem solving as this service is considered a privileged member communication.
