The book will focus on effective strategies of self-care that can help social workers persevere and prosper.

In accordance with National Institute of Health guidelines, no payment is offered to those willing to assist in this research, but each qualified respondent will receive a copy of the book when published by NASW Press in Fall 2015. In addition, those participating will have the benefit of knowing they helped many other social workers to navigate this tricky terrain!
