Social Work PRN Presents

Breaking through the Barriers of High Conflict Divorce

The ongoing dilemma of what to do when both parents think that a child belongs with him/her alone can be confusing and create a great deal of conflict. In a custody battle parents often think in black and white terms. Parents will usually claim that they are the best parent. Egos and the desire to control the other parent tends to take presence over what is in the child's best interest.  Negotiating what is best for the child between their parents can be difficult but not impossible. In this training, attendees will learn how to break through the barriers of high conflict divorce.
