Assessing for Domestic Violence in Custody and 5329 Evaluations 

Learning Objectives:
- Understand how the dynamics of domestic violence contribute to traumatic bonding or risk of harm to children.
- Develop a framework to assess risk when both parties accuse the other of domestic abuse or violence
 - Understand how women's use of force in intimate relationships differs form battering
- Use a variety of validated tools to assess for DV in the future
