Mandated Reporting and Elder Abuse
  

This training offers participants an overview of victimization of vulnerable adults and older adults.  Mandatory reporting requirements for acts of abuse committed against individuals 18 years of age and older will be covered.  Additionally, information will be provided on how to report different types of victimization.  Finally participants in this training will engage in a discussion of the ethical issues involved in decisions over to report when not required by the law to do so.
