a)mindfully accept their internal experiences, including symptoms, negative emotions, and unproductive thoughts
b) choose valued directions for their lives
c) commit to action that leads them in valued directions
Appropriate for all levels of post-masters degree practitioners in the mental health, medical and substance abuse fields as well as those who work with families and couples. Familiarity with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will be helpful but is not required.
