A Transgender Primer for Social Workers & Clinicians
Increased coverage in the media about transgender people, including Caityln Jenner's very public gender transition, has made transgender identities more visible. In this engaging and interactive training, Dr. Damon Constantinides, PhD, LCSW, a prominent clinician and trainer will discuss transgender identity, the role of clinical social workers and ways to support transgender & gender questioning clients, and clinical application through case examples. Participants will take away tips and tools for working with transgender clients.
