- Gain introductory knowledge of basic U.S. immigration and naturalization laws, requirements & procedures
- Learn about the various nonimigrant and immigrant visa classifications
- Learn the basics of deportation and removal as well as preparing and filing both family based employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions
