The LeadingAge PA Noretheast Chapter Presents: 

Emerging Trends and Approaches in the Management of Dementia & Depression

Participants will:
- Identify the efforts aimed at improving dementia care and optimizing behavioral health among residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities
- Identify at least 3 new trends and developments in dementia care
 at the National, State and Local Level
- Describe at least 4 underlying principles of behavior management and list the steps
involved in systematic behavior management
- Identify key componenets and outcomes from this 2 1/2 year quality improvement study
