Case Management Overview

Learning Objectives:

-  Participants will understand the structure of the state drug and alcohol program in Pennsylvania.

- Participants will understand how to apply the trans-theoretical model of change to case management.

- Participants will recognize and be able to apply safety guidelines when working off site.

- Participants will gain knowledge on listening and communication skills.

Participants will learn to understand and utilize appropriate case management skills when interviewing clients.

- Participants will gain knowledge on ethical guidelines and codes of conduct and practice application during small group discussion.
