Sociological Influences on Troubled Adolescents  

This workshop will look at the various social and cultural influences that help create images and expectations in adolescent's minds and how it may influence his/her behavior. In addition, the workshop will examine the influences on an adolescent's definition of masculinity, femininity, relationships and violence. Also there will be an explanation of the external influences that encourage youth to drink or abuse drugs.
