In addition to the above perks of sponsorship, all sponsoring organizations will be named in the conference program, if payment is received prior to September 7, 2010. Your agency's logo/name will be located on professionally made signage at the conference and sponsors will be thanked throughout the conference. Please consider what a great marketing opportunity this is - as we have the ability to reach our 6200 members and 40,000 social workers in Pennsylvania.
Sponsorship guidelines - applications and sponsorship choices will be accepted and confirmed in the order in which paid applications are received. Sponsorships are non-refundable and sponsor is responsible for providing all artwork logos / printing materials due to fulfill sponsorship. Upon receipt of your PAID sponsorship application, you will be sent a confirmation and list of deadlines for materials due to fulfill your sponsorship. Applicant agrees to comply with all sponsorship guidelines, rules and regulations.

- Place literature on a table (2 foot space) for participants to take and read. You are responsible for placing materials on table
Having a table at the conference is an effective tool to reach hundreds of professional social workers and other mental health providers. Exhibitors will be listed in the final conference program book, will have the opportunity to place a one-page insert or small item advertising their organization in each attendee's conference bag, and will receive breakfast and lunch for two exhibit staff.

Every attendee receives a program book at the conference. The book is referred to repeatedly and is used for future reference following the conference. Each time attendees open the book, you have the likelihood of reaching them. There is the perfect opportunity to advertise your organization and support NASW-PA at the same time.

Ad Checklist:
- Ads must be correct size (see table above)
- Ads are reproduced in black and white (do not send 2 or 4 color ads)
- High resolution PDFs (saved for "PRESS") are the preferred file format
- EPS, TIFF, InDesign, and Quark files are accepted as well. If submitting application files, all graphics and fonts must be included.
