Classes may be cancelled/postponed by NASW-PA staff due to weather, unforseen speaker issue, or low attendance. At least 48 hours prior to the event an e-mail notification (phone call when no e-mail is provided) will be provided to registered attendees with instructions to transfer to rescheduled class date, transfer registration fee to another class, or request a full refund.

Request for Refund form.  Use this form to request a refund or transfer your registration fee to another workshop.

• Cancellation and refund policy: Workshop refunds will be provided to participants who submit the required form (above) that is received by NASW-PA Chapter office, 5 days prior to the event. Upon review of information a refund may be granted minus a $10 administrative fee.
• Cancellation and refund policy: Licensure Prep Courses and Conference requests require the above form be completed and received by NASW-PA Chapter office, 5 days prior to the event. Upon review of information a refund may be granted minus a $20 (licensure prep course) or $30 (conference) administrative fee.
  
• Transfer your registration fee to another workshop, no administrative fee (form above must be submitted to NASW-PA Chapter office, 5 days prior to the event)

Note on Request for Accomodations: If you require accommodations to permit your attendance or participation at an NASW-PA event, please provide a written request via US certified mail along with a completed registration form and  payment at least 30 days prior to the registration deadline for the workshop or conference.  Requests received after this deadline may not be able to be processed or fulfilled in time for the activity.
