Cancellation and refund policy: Workshop refunds will be provided to participants who e-mail, or mail a refund request that is received by NASW-PA Chapter office, 5 days prior to the event to programs@nasw-pa.org, upon review of informaiton a refund may be granted minus a $10 administrative fee. Licensure Prep Courses and Conferences require an e-mail,  or written refund request that is received by NASW-PA Chapter office, 5 days prior to the event to programs@nasw-pa.org, upon review of information a refund may be granted minus a $30 administrative fee.

Note on Request for Accomodations: If you require accommodations to permit your attendance or participation at an NASW-PA event, please provide a written request via US certified mail along with a completed registration form and  payment at least 30 days prior to the registration deadline for the workshop or conference.  Requests received after this deadline may not be able to be processed or fulfilled in time for the activity.
